Today we launched a brand new series on Breakfast Television called ‘The Meredith Makeover’.
This series isn’t about transformation it’s about reconnection. Sometimes in life, we lose who we are and that disconnect often shows up in our closet. This series aims to disrupt that pattern and bring you BACK to yourself.

Don’t lose your shape by buying clothes that are too big for you
As we age, navy can be a more complimentary neutral than black for many skin tones
Pick up a cropped jacket for summer in a denim or twill
Look for a longer vest that you can wear either undone as a tipped or done up as a dress
When shopping for a dress this summer look for a pop of colour and smocking at the waist for an easy fit every time
