As the new co-host of Breakfast Television, she wakes up the country with her signature wit, warmth and wardrobe.

Previously, she gained a loyal fan following as an inclusive style expert and co-host on CTV’s The Social, Your Morning, ETalk, and The Marilyn Denis Show. Alongside her fiancé, Chef Rodney Bowers, Meredith co-hosted their at-home cooking series, CTV’s Double Your Dish. Viewers were invited into their kitchen, learning how to create two very different recipes from the same base ingredients.

Meredith is a multifaceted broadcaster, and was recently welcomed into the fold at CHFI in Toronto and Rogers Radio across Canada. As the host of The Feel Good Brunch, she brings her infectious energy to the national airwaves, giving listeners the opportunity to catch up on the week’s happenings, engage in lively conversations, and groove to some fantastic tunes. 

Her history in radio began with Boom 97.3. As one of the station’s weekend hosts, she had the chance to interview artists ranging from Serena Ryder and The Spoons, to Gordie Johnson and INXS. She then moved to the iconic CHUM 104.5, holding down their Afternoon Drive and hosting iHeartRadio’s #1 syndicated weekend show, The Back in the Day Brunch. Meredith was often joined by some of music's biggest stars, including Pink, Sheryl Crow, Keith Urban and Bryan Adams.

A former artist herself, Meredith first stepped onto the scene as a singer-songwriter. Her debut album, Place Called Happy, was recorded at Willie Nelson’s Pedernales studio and released in 2011. Garnering a top 10 hit at CBC, the LP landed her a cross Canada tour and had her writing in Nashville, Halifax and Vancouver, working with the likes of Donovan Woods, The Trews, Joel Plaskett, Tim Chaisson, Carolyn Dawn Johnson, Jeff Johnson and Emily Reid. 

In addition, Meredith is a firm fixture in Canada’s fashion scene. She has booked campaigns for top brands, including Hudson’s Bay, Pennington’s, Walmart, Winners, Marshall’s and Eloquii. She has also graced magazine covers, including Canada’s curve fashion bible, Dare Magazine, and appeared in the pages of Vogue. Walking Toronto Fashion Week’s runways countless times, she’s previously worked alongside global supermodels such as Ashley Graham.

At the heart of everything she does, Meredith is fiercely passionate about inspiring and motivating people of all sizes to embody their power; to feel sexy, confident, and fabulous in their own skin. She works closely with initiatives such as Girls Inc., Girl Talk, and Shoppers Drug Mart’s “Run for Women” to spread her message of inclusivity, self-love, and acceptance.

That message came to life through the creation of Body Language, a digital series featuring change-makers in the body positivity space. From recording artist Lu Kala to TikTok sensation Stephanie Valentine (@glamzilla), Meredith brought both men and women together for candid conversations about life in bigger bodies. Cultivating a safe space for her over sixty-four thousand followers on Instagram, Meredith’s community is encouraged to connect and share without fear or shame; it’s a social media platform for everyBODY.
